Using our Online Service

Contacting us by Telephone

We also provide full access to our services by phone. You can call us to place your orders, make payments to and from your Selftrade accounts, check your balance or discuss any aspects of our service.

TypeTalk: You can use the RNID TypeTalk service to call us by dialling 18001 before 0845 6776 778. The call with the TypeTalk operator will be recorded by our systems so there will be an accurate record of the conversation.

Our Literature

We can send product literature to you in Braille, Large font or Audio. To make sure that we send you the correct information we'll need your name, address, which product you're interested in and the format you'd like.
