Check out the value of your holdings, see how investments are performing, view the company information sheet, with its links to latest news and analysts' opinions, buy and sell, pay-in, customise your page... it's all available with a click of your mouse.
But we're never far away either – our friendly customer service team is available at the end of the phone, to answer any questions, from 7.45am to 7pm Monday to Friday and from 2pm to 6pm on Sundays.
Once you've opened your account we'll send you a handy guide to the day to day things you might want to do. Plus, use the Help facility online to find answers to your questions.
There are also handy online demonstrations to take you through our straightforward Dealing process and to show you how to use the online funding option to credit your account.
We're adding to our demonstrations all the time so do keep an eye open for what's available. And if you'd find it useful to have a particular process or action demonstrated, let us know; we can't promise to use your idea but we do promise to consider carefully every suggestion we receive.
