Once you’ve logged-in, you can carry-out online most actions relating to your account. This includes amending your telephone and email contact details; changing your address and making payments from / to your nominated bank account. However, for the following actions you will need to write to us, or send us a completed form (all forms are available in the forms section:

IMPORTANT: please note, these details may change from time to time. Actions which may currently only be taken offline may become able to be completed online. This is particularly important if you appoint an agent or SIPP Manager since that person will be authorised to take on your behalf all actions that you can take online.
