The Watchlist is a facility that is provided for information to Retail Clients for their own personal use. It is designed to enable you to track securities and indices that are of interest to you. As the Watchlist is provided for information only, this means that we do not advise customers or users on the merits or suitability of any transactions. In using the Watchlist and giving orders or instructions to us, you do so in reliance of your own judgment.

You are required to register for the use of the Watchlist and must accept these terms.

The Watchlist is not offered as advice on any particular matter and must not be treated as a substitute for specific advice. It does not constitute an invitation to invest in shares or other securities, or constitute or form a part of any offer for the sale or subscription of, or any invitation to offer to buy or subscribe for, any securities or other financial instruments, nor should it or any part of it form the basis of, or be relied upon in any connection with any contract or commitment whatsoever. In particular, it does not constitute professional, financial or investment advice and must not be used as a basis for making investment decisions and is in no way intended, directly or indirectly, as an attempt to market or sell any type of financial instrument. Selftrade offers an execution-only service. Advice from a suitably qualified professional should always be sought in relation to any particular matter or circumstances.

We cannot promise that the Watchlist is free from errors, defects or viruses. Prices and other information are provided by third party providers and subject to their conditions (please see the section on Information and Data Providers in the Important Information Section for further details). These sources are believed to be reliable but no guarantees are made as to their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

You must provide us with a valid email address for your use of the Watchlist and we reserve the right to test this address. Should any email we send to you bounce or be rejected for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend your registration until you provide us with a valid email address. We cannot guarantee that price alerts will be received, delivered or sent whether in a timely manner or not and you accept that these are requested by you at your own risk.

We may amend, suspend and/or terminate any part of or all of the Watchlist at any time for any reason. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of this but this may not always be possible and/or practical for business reasons. We do not accept any liability for any loss that you may suffer because you are unable to use the Watchlist due to its unavailability as a result of (but not limited to) maintenance or upgrade of systems or in certain market conditions.

Selftrade and its associated companies, agents, licensors or delegates cannot be responsible for losses resulting from your reliance on the Watchlist, including any losses that we could not reasonably have expected to occur.
